BACC Community Lots
Below is the list of community lots that can be unlocked during this challenge. Each lot has a different restriction that must be lifted in order for the lot to be unlocked and built. Here are a few notes regarding community lots:

Private Business - Private - Private businesses can be opened for $10k paid to the Treasurer.
Animal Shelter - Private - Opened by any Cat/Dog Lover sim for $10k paid to the Treasurer. This business is run out of the sim's residential home.
Aquarium - Public - One of every fish has been collected by the townsfolk.
Arcade - Private - Built after a sim reaches level 10 of the eSports Tech Guru career. Costs $15k to open.
Art Gallery - Public - A sim reaches level 10 of the Patron of the Arts branch of the Painter career. Sims may donate their artwork to be displayed in the Art Gallery.
Bakery - Private - A sim maxes the Baking skill. A bakery costs a sim $10k paid to the Treasurer to open.
Bar - Private - A sim maxes the Mixologist career. A new bar costs a sim $15k paid to the Treasurer to open.
Beach - Public - Built when Sulani is unlocked.
Black Market Shop - Private - A sim reaches level 10 of the Boss Criminal career path. $20k (NOT paid to the Treasurer but deducted from the household funds) opens the Black Market where stolen goods can be sold.
Cemetery - Public - Built after the first sim dies. The cemetery will be named in honor of this sim. Death Day can now be celebrated.
Children's Museum - Public - Once a child sim receives all Scouting badges, the Children's Museum opens.
Clubhouse - Private - Club Leaders can spend $50k (NOT paid to the Treasurer but deducted from the household funds) to build their own Clubhouse.
Clothing Store - Private - A sim reaches level 7 of the Trend Setter Style Influencer career path. Costs $10k to the Treasurer to open.
Community Garden - Public - A sim with max gardening can pay $10k to the Treasurer to open a Community Garden.
Doctor's Office - Public - Unlocked when 5 sims in town get sick.
Film Studio - Public - Built when Del Sol Valley is unlocked. Must be built in Del Sol Valley.
Garden Shop/Florist - Private - Can be opened by any sim who has maxed Flower Arranging. Costs $10k to the Treasurer to open.
Gym - Private - Built when a sim maxes the Bodybuilder branch of the Athletic career. Costs $15k to the Treasurer to open each gym.
History Museum - Public - A collection of portraits of all the residents in town. Opens when the first child of the 3rd generation ages into a young adult. Portraits hung here must be of sims in their young adult, adult, or elder years.
Laboratory - Public - Built when the first sim enters the Scientist career.
Library - Public - Opened when $200k in donations has been given by the citizens paid to the Treasurer.
Lounge - Private - Opened when there are sims who have maxed mixology, singing, and piano in town. Costs $15k to open paid to the Treasurer.
Natural Science Museum - Public - Built after a sim completes the Curator aspiration. The perfect place for displaying collection items.
Nightclub - Private - Built only after Windenburg has been unlocked. Can be built after a sim maxes the DJ Mixing skill. Costs $50k to open.
Orphanage - Private - Built after the Treasurer donates $50k to the Social Worker.
Park - Public - Built after an entire calendar year (4 seasons) has passed. Up to one park per neighborhood can be built. Only one park per year can be built.
Police Station - Public - Opens after the first child ages into a teen.
Restaurant - Private - Any sim who reaches level 10 of the Culinary career and pays $15k to the Treasurer can open a restaurant.
Senior Home - Private - Opened when $150k in donations have been paid by the citizens to the Treasurer. Donations are separate from the weekly taxes. Once enough funds have been collected, the money is transferred over to the Senior Home owner.
Spa - Private - Any sim with max wellness skill can open a spa. The spa costs $50k to unlock and is paid to the Treasurer.
Swimming Pool - Public - The Swimming Pool opens to the public after the 2nd summer of the challenge begins.
Toy Store - Private - Can be opened by any Childish sim for $10k paid to the Treasurer.
Vet - Public - The vet opens after the first pet is adopted from the Animal Shelter.
Wedding Chapel - Public - Opens when the first couple of the 2nd generation gets engaged. One additional wedding venue can be built each calendar year for a maximum of one wedding venue per neighborhood.
Woohoo House - Oasis Springs must be unlocked. The Woohoo House must be built in Oasis Springs. Opens when there is at least one Woohoo Worker.
- One new CAS sim can be created when a new public community lot is unlocked.
- Some lots may only exist in certain neighborhoods.
- Improvements to publicly owned lots (new items, renovations, landscaping, etc.) comes out of the Treasurer's household funds.
- Improvements to privately owned lots (new items, renovations, landscaping, etc.) comes out of the lot owner's family funds.
- My rules were adapted from The Oceanside Project BACC rules for The Sims 2.
